Crazy that March is already over!

For Wednesday:

Schedule:
8:15-9:55    Language Arts
10-10:15     recess
10:15-11:50  Math
11:50-12:30  lunch
12:30-1:15  PE
1:15-2:24  Social Studies

**Starting tomorrow (Wednesday) you will do the language arts for your language arts teacher. Please make sure you are doing the work as we are starting to watch assignments.

Math-you will do the math for me.  Do the assignments on Woot Math.  You should be doing math for the scheduled time. If you finish the Woot Math-work on iReady math.

For social studies- do the assignment on the classroom.  When you finish that then work on any work you need to complete for Wednesday.  If you have finished all of it- do Prodigy, typing, your journal, or read.

I want you to start putting yourself back on a school schedule.  Monday- when we start switching-classes will begin at 8:05.

Happy Friday to all!  Miss you all!

                                                                           

   It was nice seeing the majority of you yesterday to pick up materials for your child. I hope all are well and you are following the guidelines for social distancing.

  As you know next week we will begin our soft opening and it is imperative that we go over the rules of digital citizenship.  Simply put, digital citizenship consists of awareness regarding the norms and rules that govern online behavior, and cautious approach to the inherent dangers of the internet and technology use overall.

  We have had extensive lessons in our computer time about digital citizenship. I would encourage students and parents tonight to read the following article and have another discussion about being safe on the internet and acting appropriately. This discussion is important seeing the amount of technology use required in our "distance learning" period this year.

It is a minimum day and we have our dance performance.
Performance is at Hoover between 10-11. Parents you will set up in the balcony section. If you can make it-please come as they have worked hard on this.

Wednesday, March 4th

Language Arts: Make sure your spelling worksheet is complete.

Math: Make sure your division of fractions page 63 is completed.  Sign Lesson 74 and ch 5 test which you received on Monday.  Division of fraction test is tomorrow.

Social Studies (both): Finish working on your colonial slides.  Due to events next week- presentations will begin on Friday, March 6. I will be using the sticks so be ready!!!!

**DANCE**
Friday is our dance performance at Hoover from 10-11 am.  The students have been working hard-please try and see what they can do.
